yes my dear son
we no longer believe in prophecies
we hardly ever believe in anything
even if you know
you do exist ..
you're no absolute.

look for your dear sun,
not the one crossing the skyline
hear no moaning
seek it out .. your little heart
as it grows colder
as it goes farther
away from you,
I'm no father ..
not anymore.

melancholy shall be my poison
rain my relief
moon my mirror
sea and horizon ..
my home, I believe.

step closer ..
I've set a heatless fire
on my forgotten memories,
my worn out diaries
and what's left of my thoughts
I envy the most ..

and here I find myself dead again,
everything is supposed to end
can't complain ..
I'm still the same child after all..
